1、 Overview of Remote Transmission Metal Tube Float Flow Meter Products
The metal tube float flowmeter has a simple structure, reliable operation, high accuracy, and a wide range of applications. Compared with glass rotor flow meters, it can withstand higher pressures. The WYLZ series flowmeter has various types such as local indication, electric remote transmission, limit switch alarm, corrosion resistance, jacket type, damping type, and explosion-proof. Widely used in the measurement and automatic control of liquid and gas flow in departments such as national defense, chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, medicine, and light industry.
The flow meter detection parts are all made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material, and in special occasions, they can also be composed of corrosion-resistant materials such as Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti or F46. The height of the flowmeter is 250 mm, except for special specifications. The connecting flange adopts GB/T9119.8-10 standard, and can also be customized according to the user's special requirements.

Measurement principle of remote transmission metal tube float flowmeter
Float type flowmeter is a variable area flowmeter, which usually has an upright conical tube and a float that can freely move up and down with the flow rate (as shown in Figure 1). When the fluid flows through the conical tube from bottom to top, the thrust S generated by the kinetic energy of the fluid on the float and the buoyancy A of the fluid cause the float to rise. As the annular flow area between the inner wall of the cone tube and the float increases, the thrust S generated by the fluid kinetic energy on the float decreases accordingly. When the sum of thrust S and buoyancy is equal to the float's own gravity G, the float is in equilibrium and stable at a certain height, and the scale corresponding to that height indicates the flow rate through the flowmeter.
Technical requirements for remote transmission metal tube float flowmeter
1. Measurement range: water (2.5-6000) L/h; Air (0.07-2000) m3/h (at 0.101025 MPa, 20 ℃).
2. Accuracy levels: 1.5 and 2.5.
3. Range ratio: 10: 1.
4. Work pressure: DN15~50,4 MPa; DN80~100,1.6MPa。
5. Medium temperature: -80 ℃~200 ℃ (F46 flowmeter with lining 0 ℃~85 ℃).
6. Viscosity of liquid medium: DN15<5mPa·s; DN25~100<5mPa·s。
7. Connection methods: flange connection, threaded connection, etc; The flange adopts the GB/T9119.8-10 standard.
8. Total length: DN15-100 250mm.
9. Material of measuring tube: ordinary type 1Cr18Ni9Ti, corrosion-resistant type Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 316L, 316 lined F46, etc.
If the user has special requirements, special orders can be placed.
10. Output signal: two-wire system (4-20) mA, three wire system (0-10) mA.
